We had a lot of fun in Texas in April. The hospitality was nice and the people were friendly. The weather was awesome. Sahara, Set’r Ridge’s Everlasting (Ben x Chloe) won Best of Winners both days, back to back Specialty five point majors. The judges were breeders, Sandy McCue and Peggy Dunsmuir. What an honor.
More winners for April were:
Hanna, Set’r Ridge A Deeper Faith (Zion x Maggy) Lincoln Lloyd BOB from the puppy class.

Raliegh, Set’r Ridge More Precious Than Gold (Zion x Mikayla) Diane Trout BOB from the 12 to 18 class over two Specials.

Hunter, Set’r Ridge Shining Star (Ben x Chloe) Katrina Stokes won his seventh point at the Syricuse shows.

Dominique BPIS Can Ch Sevenoaks Work of Art (Canaan x Shelby) Jenna Cruthers/Hilary Oakes, finished his Canadian Championship at 9 months of age with four Group placements, 12 Best Puppy in Groups and one Best Puppy in Show.

Meg, Ch Set’r Ridge Ardens Spice Girl (Zion x Ritsy) Laurie and Mary Engel, Finished her Championship with four majors. Handled by Laurie Engel and Yvonne Yurick.

Mo Jo, Ch Sevenoaks Sorceress (Canaan x Phoenix) Hilary & Les Oakes, Has an awesome show record to date.
1-Best In Show , 1- Group I, 4 –Group II’s, 1 – Group III, 2 – Group IV’s.
Winners Bitch at the ESAA Specialty for a five point major.

River, Ch Bayside’s River Deep (Canaan x Eve) Lynn Lollis & Pat Hexemer. River handled by Heather Lollis BOB at the Supported entry the day after the National Capitol Specialty. Heather also won Best Jr Handler with Ch Set’r Ridge’s Pemberly Gold , Fitz (Hadji x Aurora).

Trystan, Set’r Ridge’s Chivalry (Canaan x Desi) Sharon Samuelson & David Wentworth, won Best of Winners for his second Major.

Shalom, Ch Set’r Ridge’s Spectacular (Canaan x Annie) Billy Ellis, won two Group I’s this last week.

Yanni, Chec Ch Set’r Ridge’s All American (Canaan x Nadia) Pavil Vosalik, won at the International dog show: Ceske Budjovice- excellent. He achieved mark- excellent I and awards CAC & CACIB

Jared, It. Int Ch Set’r Ridge’s Audacious (Canaan x Maggy) Barbara Gruzzi & David & Christina, Handled by Thomas, won Best of Breed and Best of Group. And received and OFA good rating.

Maxi, Ch Legend’s Max Factor (Canaan x Taylor) Cathy Brewer, won three Best of Breeds on her way to her Championship.

Mcguire , Pemberly Kiss It Goodbye (Canaan x Taylor) Janet Gray, won these awards on his way to his Championship: Best of Opposite in the 2002 Futurity. Two Best In Sweepstakes. Three Winners Dog at Specialties. As well as finishing his American and Canadian Championships prior to the age of two years.
